Refunds & Returns

1)     Please submit a return request at Product Returns within seven (7) working days from the date you received the item and provide sufficient information i.e. delivery note, order number, reason of return, photo and etc. via e-mail to hello@citywrite.com.my.

2) Return request may be accepted due to the following reasons:

- The product is broken when received  

- The product is not functioning as described in the manufacturer’s specifications

- Any part(s) of the product is missing as indicated in the packaging

- The product does not matching as the website description that leads to a misinformation.


3)   
If you made a mistake when selecting product such as wrong size or colour, we may reserves our rights to help you for exchanging. However, you will need to bear the delivery costs incurred i.e. deliver back the returning item to us and cost of delivery to send you again for the exchanging item.

4)   In the event if the return request is mistaken and caused by Citywrite Stationery mistake/fault, we will pay you back the return delivery cost by refunding the delivery amount under store credit to you.

5)   
The item returned must be in new and original condition and return in its original packaging along with all accessories (if any) such as manual, warranty card, certificate, free gifts, vouchers etc. as you originally received with it.

6)   
You are pleased to trail your previous return request email when you wish to check the return status via email. So we can track your return condition faster and easier.


7)   Return item must be delivering back to us within seven (7) working days from the date we approve your return request (will be confirmed and approved by trailed email).

8)   
For returning equipment and machines purchase, manufacturer inspection may be required before return request approval. Warranty of goods does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear of product caused by customer.

9)   
No refunds in cash will be performed. All approved refund will be credited into your store account and become your store credit. Online transfer may be performed for unintentional mistake/fault caused by Citywrite Stationery.

Process of return or refund or exchange will takes 1 – 2 weeks from the date we receive the returned item depending on type of product purchased and availability of stock. However, we ensure our initiative effort to update you the return status from time to time.

Citywrite Stationery Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change and/or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Return & Refund Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Return & Refund Policy on the Site. However, in any event, by continuing to use the Site following any changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.
